These jokes suck bum fluids. Not a single one was funny or made sense at all. I will give you the last one though, kind of an intellectual joke. But please remove the other nine waste of life jokes.

Well, I guess you had to be there.
Attention visitors: These are editorial cartoons commenting on issues local to this sweetheart of a city in the great global internet backwater of South Western Ontario, Canada. In June of 2007, these were relevant and funny. Ha Ha.
That this cartoon continues to the one of the major hit generators is a mere legacy of the unfortunately accurate name containing the text strings “water” and “Joke”.
A modicum of intelligence is a prerequisite.
