I have inadvertently reverified this account at a cost from my Paypal account. I was having some odd problems logging in, and uploading files. Sometimes the login produced errors, sometimes the same information allowed a login. I also have uploaded larger files that the one I was trying to upload, to be told the file was too large. Some odd things were happening. I thought verifying the account might reaffirm my account. Of course as soon as the account was reverified, the previously refused upload then consequently uploaded.Do I have to verify through paypal every time? What’s going on? Of course the payment went through automatically and I can’t refuse it. Please fix this. And it is very difficult to find any file or information of file sizes. I saw this once before and cannot find it again.

Hi Doug,Thank you for contacting Society6 Support. You do not need to become reverified more than once if you have already been verified. The size limit for images is 50mb.Please confirm that your file meets the exact pixel dimensions specified on the upload page. If it is off by a pixel or if the height and width are swapped the system will not accept it. You can achieve these exact pixel sizes by cropping your original file as needed. DO NOT increase the size by resampling in Photoshop. Please select a maximum quality JPG (RGB) that is exactly:
Laptop & iPad Skins – 4600px (width) X 3000px (height)
iPhone & iPod Skins / iPhone Cases / Stationery Cards – 1300px (width) X 2000px (height)
T-Shirts, Hoodies & Tote Bags – 3300px (width) X 5100 px (height) -PNGs are allowed for White ink printing /Dark Tee options
Throw Pillows – at least 3500px (width) X 3500px (height)You should be all set!

Sincerely,
Patrick

Exactly. As I have said repeatedly, somehow I have two accounts, the second one through some error. I have receipts from paypal which I can forward to you to show that both accounts are verified. I want the second, doug Rogers account shut down and a refund issued. When I try to upload to the samupress account, the images go to the doug rogers account.

Previously, and this is with the same image file, I was told the file was too large, at 12mb. I have subsequently uploaded this file, somehow erroneously, to the not logged in doug Rogers account, and not to the samupress account I am logged in to.

The size limit for images is 50mb.

Please confirm that your file meets the exact pixel dimensions specified on the upload page. If it is off by a pixel or if the height and width are swapped the system will not accept it.

If indeed that was the problem, your error messages need to be more accurate. As the file did consequently upload, this wasn’t the problem.

Hi Doug,Can you send us the URL for the account you would like deleted?Unfortunately the Verification fee is non-refundable. You should start from your highest quality original file, do NOT resample your image to make it larger. Save as a maximum quality JPEG in RGB color mode. When you post this file, our system will check the quality and make it available for sale at the appropriate sizes. If the system tells you the file has insufficient resolution, you may need to recreate, or rescan the original. When you get it rescanned please note that the pixel size of the scan is what counts, not the DPI. DPI and physical size (inches) are relative to one another, pixels are an exact measurement of digital information.I hope this helps!Sincerely,
Patrick

please delete:

http://society6.com/samupress

This is the account which has been falsely verified, mistakenly created, through no fault of my own, for which you will not provide a lousy $1.00 refund, which has four images wrongly downloaded placed there somehow when I log in to my proper:

http://society6.com/dougsamu

account.

Thanks for your kind attention.

The file I want to upload to the correct account has successfully uploaded three times to the wrong account. There is nothing wrong with the file.

UPDATE: Oct 2 9:35 pm

Anomalies continue… oddly. The good account has been reset: new email, new password, but the page comes up as unavailable whenever I try to log in. :-( Curious.
